Part 3dagi ta’lim savollari sizning maktab xotiralaringiz haqida emas, jamiyat miqyosidagi masalalar haqida: yaxshi o‘qituvchi kim, imtihonlar adolatlimi, hamma universitetga borishi kerakmi. Kuchli javob to‘rt harakatdan iborat: aniq fikr, sabab, misol va fikringiz qayerda ishlamasligini tan olish. Quyida 12 ta mashq savoli, beshta to‘liq namuna javob va ularning nega ishlashi tahlil qilingan.
Rasmiy formatga ko‘ra Part 3 taxminan 4–5 daqiqa davom etadi va Part 2 mavzusi bilan bog‘liq kengroq savollardan iborat. Quyidagi savollar mashq uchun tuzilgan. Texnologiya va onlayn ta’lim savollari alohida sahifada: Part 3 education va technology. Bu yerda texnologiyasiz, “klassik” ta’lim masalalari.

To‘rt harakatli javob
| Harakat | Vazifasi | Tipik ibora |
|---|---|---|
| Fikr | Savolga birinchi gapdayoq javob berish | I’d say… / On the whole, I think… |
| Sabab | Nega shunday deb o‘ylashingizni tushuntirish | The main reason is that… |
| Misol | Fikrni real holatga bog‘lash | In Uzbekistan, for instance… |
| Cheklov | Fikr qachon ishlamasligini ko‘rsatish | That said, it depends on… |
Bu qolip qat’iy emas. Ba’zan misol birinchi keladi, ba’zan cheklov kerak bo‘lmaydi. Tuzilmaning o‘zi haqida batafsil Part 3 opinion structure sahifasida yozilgan.
Beshta to‘liq namuna javob (mashq uchun)
1. What makes a good teacher?
I’d say the most important quality is being able to explain the same idea in more than one way. Subject knowledge matters, of course, but most teachers have that. What separates a good teacher is noticing when half the class hasn’t understood and trying a different approach instead of just repeating the same explanation louder. I had a physics teacher at school who used to explain electricity with examples from our own flats, like why the lights flicker when everyone switches on a heater in winter. Suddenly it made sense. That said, even a brilliant teacher struggles with forty students in a room, so the conditions they work in matter too.
Nega ishlaydi: fikr birinchi gapda (being able to explain… in more than one way). Sabab oddiy bilim bilan taqqoslash orqali beriladi (Subject knowledge matters, but…). Misol shaxsiy, lekin umumiy fikrni isbotlaydi. Oxirgi gap cheklov va shu bilan birga keyingi savolga (sinf hajmi) ko‘prik.
4. Why do so many families pay for private tutors?
I think it’s mainly about pressure around one or two big exams. In Uzbekistan, for example, a lot of families hire a tutor, or repetitor, in the last year or two of school, because university entrance feels like a one-time chance and parents don’t want to leave anything to luck. There’s also the class size issue: a tutor can focus on exactly what one student gets wrong, which a school teacher with thirty students simply can’t do. Having said that, I don’t think tutoring is always a sign that schools are failing. Some students just want to go further than the curriculum, for example preparing for an international olympiad.
Nega ishlaydi: mahalliy kontekst (repetitor) inglizcha tushuntirilgan, imtihonchi bu so‘zni bilmasligi mumkin. Ikkita sabab bor: imtihon bosimi va shaxsiy e’tibor. Cheklov oddiy “but it’s expensive” emas, balki fikrning o‘zini nozik qiladi: repetitor har doim ham maktab muammosi belgisi emas.
5. Are exams a fair way to measure what students know?
Partly, but not completely. Exams are fair in one sense: everyone gets the same questions and the same time, so it’s harder for personal connections to influence the result. The problem is that an exam measures how you perform on one particular day. Someone who is ill, or who panics under time pressure, may know the material well and still get a low score. I think a fairer system combines exams with coursework or projects marked over the whole year. The downside is that coursework is easier to cheat on, so there’s no perfect answer.
Nega ishlaydi: Partly, but not completely — ikki tomonlama savolga halol va aniq pozitsiya. Adolat ikki ma’noda tahlil qilinadi: bir xil shartlar (ijobiy) va bir kunlik holat (salbiy). Taklif (combines exams with coursework) va uning ham kamchiligi aytiladi. Bu Part 3 da yaxshi ko‘rinadigan “fikrni tarozida tortish”.
6. Should everyone go to university?
No, I don’t think so. University is the right path for people who want to become doctors, engineers or researchers, but many useful jobs don’t really need a degree. Take electricians or car mechanics: they learn mostly through practice, and good ones are often in higher demand than graduates in some fields. In my country there’s still a strong belief that a diploma is the only respectable option, so some young people spend four years on a subject they don’t care about just to have the certificate. On the other hand, a degree does give you more options later, so I wouldn’t discourage anyone who really wants to go.
Nega ishlaydi: qisqa va keskin fikr (No, I don’t think so) darhol aniqlashtiriladi: kimga kerak, kimga emas. Misol aniq kasblar bilan. Mahalliy ijtimoiy kontekst (diploma is the only respectable option) statistikasiz, kuzatish sifatida aytilgan. Cheklov fikrni yumshatadi, lekin bekor qilmaydi.
7. Who should choose what a young person studies?
Ultimately, I think the student should have the final say, because they’re the one who has to sit through the lectures and then do the job for decades. Parents often choose based on what was prestigious when they were young, like law or economics, but the job market has changed a lot since then. I know a few people who studied what their parents chose and then switched careers completely after graduating, which is a waste of time and money. Still, at seventeen most people don’t really know what they want, so parents’ advice is valuable, as long as it’s advice and not a decision.
Nega ishlaydi: Ultimately va final say fikrni aniq beradi. Sabab ikki qatlamli: talaba o‘qiydi va ishlaydi; ota-onaning tanlovi eskirgan bo‘lishi mumkin. Oxirgi gapdagi farq (advice and not a decision) cheklovni chiroyli qisqa formulaga aylantiradi.
Qolgan savollar uchun fikr yo‘nalishlari
- 2 (katta yoki kichik sinf). Kichik sinfda savol berish osonroq; katta sinfda arzonroq va ba’zi fanlarda muhokama boyroq. Cheklov: o‘qituvchi mahorati sinf hajmidan muhimroq bo‘lishi mumkin.
- 3 (amaliy ko‘nikmalar). Pul boshqarish, oddiy huquqiy savodxonlik foydali; lekin dars soati cheklangan, nimanidir qisqartirish kerak bo‘ladi.
- 8 (bepul oliy ta’lim). Imkoniyat tengligi — sabab; soliq yuki va sifat — cheklov. Grant tizimini misol qiling, lekin raqam aytmang.
- 9 (chet elda o‘qish). Til va mustaqillik — ortiqcha tomon; xarajat va uyga qaytmaslik xavfi — kamchilik.
- 10 (maktab yoki hayot tajribasi). Maktab tizimli bilim beradi, hayot esa muomala va mas’uliyatni o‘rgatadi. Ikkalasiga misol keltiring.
- 11 (o‘qituvchi roli). Oldin bilim manbai edi, hozir ko‘proq yo‘naltiruvchi. Bu savolda texnologiyaga bir gap bilan ishora qiling, lekin butun javobni unga aylantirmang.
- 12 (kelajak fanlari). Matematika va til asos bo‘lib qoladi; tanqidiy fikrlash har fanda kerak. Nobody can predict exactly, but… bilan ehtiyotkor bashorat qiling.

O‘zbek o‘quvchilarining tipik xatolari
- Learn va study. I learned at School No. 110 noto‘g‘ri eshitiladi. Muassasada o‘qish — study at / go to: I went to School No. 110, I study at Tashkent State University of Economics.
- Education — sanalmaydigan ot. An education faqat maxsus holatda ishlatiladi; educations deyilmaydi. Good education is important yoki A good education gives you options.
- Faculty va “fakultet”. Inglizchada faculty bir necha bo‘limni birlashtirgan katta bo‘linma yoki (amerikacha) o‘qituvchilar jamoasi ma’nosida keladi. O‘z yo‘nalishingizni aytish uchun I study economics yoki I’m in the economics department tabiiyroq.
- Pupil va student. Maktab o‘quvchisini ham student deyish mumkin (ayniqsa amerikacha), universitet talabasini esa pupil deb bo‘lmaydi.
- Shaxsiy hikoyaga qochish. In my school we had… bilan boshlangan javob butunlay xotira bo‘lib qolsa, Part 3 savoliga javob berilmaydi. Shaxsiy misol bitta gap bo‘lsin, fikr umumiy bo‘lsin.
Mashq: gaplarni harakatga ajrating
Quyidagi javob beshta gapdan iborat, lekin tartibi aralashgan. Har bir gap qaysi harakat ekanini aniqlang (Fikr, Sabab, Misol, Cheklov), keyin to‘g‘ri tartibda ovoz chiqarib ayting.
Savol: Should schools teach practical skills, such as managing money?
- A. Of course, schools can’t teach everything, so something else would have to be cut.
- B. Yes, I think they should, at least the basics.
- C. A friend of mine took out a phone on credit at eighteen without understanding the interest, and ended up paying almost double.
- D. Most young people start earning or borrowing before anyone explains how interest or budgets work.
- E. Maybe it could replace a few hours of subjects that students forget right after the exam.
Javoblar: B — Fikr; D — Sabab; C — Misol; A — Cheklov; E — cheklovga taklif (yakun). To‘g‘ri tartib: B, D, C, A, E. Agar A ni birinchi qo‘ygan bo‘lsangiz, e’tibor bering: Part 3 da cheklov bilan boshlash javobni noaniq qiladi. Avval pozitsiya, keyin shart.
Mashq tartibi
- 12 savoldan uchtasini tasodifiy tanlang. Har biriga 30–45 soniya gapiring va yozib oling.
- Yozuvda to‘rt harakatni belgilang. Qaysi biri yo‘q? Ko‘pincha cheklov yoki aniq misol tushib qoladi.
- Yetishmagan harakatni qo‘shib, o‘sha savolni qayta gapiring. Birinchi va ikkinchi yozuvni solishtiring.
- Keyingi kun boshqa uchta savol bilan takrorlang. Namuna javoblarni yodlamang; ulardan faqat bitta-ikkita iborani oling.
Part 3 ni to‘liq sinov ichida, Part 1 va Part 2 bilan birga o‘tkazish uchun uyda IELTS Speaking mock test tartibidan foydalaning.
