IELTS Writing health topic: savollar, g‘oyalar va namuna esse

IELTS Writing sog‘liq mavzusi: 6 mashq savoli, ovqatlanish, harakat va profilaktika bo‘yicha g‘oyalar, 14 ta collocation tarjimasi bilan va izohli namuna esse.

Bodring tishlab turgan, qo‘lida pomidor, sabzi va boshqa sabzavotlar solingan idish ushlagan qiz

Sog‘liq mavzusidagi Task 2 savollari ko‘pincha mas’uliyat haqida: odamning sog‘lig‘i uchun kim javobgar — uning o‘zi, oilasi yoki davlat? Qolgan savollar shu atrofda: profilaktika yoki davolash, soliq va taqiqlar, bolalar harakati, texnologiya va tibbiyot. Band 7 ga yaqin javob tibbiy maslahat bermaydi; u siyosat va odatlar haqida mantiqiy dalil keltiradi va mutlaq da’volardan qochadi.

Bu sahifada 6 ta mashq savoli, g‘oyalar jadvali, 14 ta collocation, to‘liq namuna esse va reja mashqi bor. Savollar mashq uchun tuzilgan, haqiqiy imtihon savollari emas.

Savollarning to‘rt oilasi va 6 ta mashq savoli

Mas’uliyat: davlatmi yoki shaxs?

  • Discussion: Some people think the government is responsible for the health of its citizens, while others believe individuals should take responsibility for their own health. Discuss both views and give your opinion.
  • Opinion: Some people think governments should put a tax on sugary drinks and fast food to improve public health. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Profilaktika va davolash

  • Opinion: Governments should spend more money on preventing illness than on treating it. Do you agree or disagree?
  • Problem–solution: Many people take medicine without consulting a doctor. What problems does this cause, and how can they be solved?

Bolalar va harakat

  • Two-part: Children today are less physically active than in the past. Why is this? What can be done about it?

Texnologiya va sog‘liq

  • Advantages outweigh: Many people now use fitness apps and smartwatches to monitor their health. Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

Ikki savolli promptlarni qanday bo‘lish haqida: IELTS two-part question essay.

Namuna esse: shirin ichimliklarga soliq (opinion)

Mashq namunasi — rasmiy ball emas.

Sugary drinks and fast food have become part of everyday life in many countries, and doctors often link them to problems such as obesity, diabetes and tooth decay. Some argue that governments should make these products more expensive through taxation. I largely agree, as long as the money raised is spent on making healthy choices easier.

The main reason I support such a tax is that price shapes everyday decisions. A teenager buying a drink after school usually chooses the cheapest option, and if a large bottle of soda costs less than water, the healthier choice is effectively punished. Raising the price of sugary products shifts this balance without banning anything: people can still buy them, but they are nudged towards alternatives, much as higher taxes on cigarettes are used to discourage smoking.

Moreover, a tax can pay for prevention. If the revenue were used to build sports grounds in neighbourhoods, provide free drinking water in schools or fund regular check-ups at local clinics, the policy would do more than simply make unhealthy food expensive; it would give families practical ways to live more healthily.

Critics argue, fairly, that such taxes hit low-income households hardest, since they spend a larger share of their income on food. However, this is precisely why the money should return to these communities in the form of cheaper fruit and vegetables and free facilities. A tax that is used well can therefore benefit the very people who pay most of it.

In conclusion, I agree that taxing sugary drinks and fast food is a reasonable way to improve public health, because it changes everyday choices and can fund prevention. Its success, however, depends on spending the revenue on those who need healthy options most.

Tahlil qisqacha:

  • Pozitsiya va shart (largely agree, as long as…) kirishda, 4-paragrafda va xulosada bir xil.
  • Ehtiyotkor til: often link, usually, can. Esse tibbiy fakt e’lon qilmaydi, siyosat haqida bahslashadi.
  • E’tiroz (Critics argue, fairly…) tan olinadi va kirishdagi shartga bog‘lab javob beriladi.
  • Xulosa yangi g‘oya qo‘shmaydi. Xulosani shunday yozish haqida: IELTS essay conclusion.

Reja mashqi: dalillarni ikki qarashga ajrating

Discussion savoli: Is health mainly the responsibility of the government or of individuals? Quyidagi dalillarni ikki guruhga ajrating, so‘ng o‘z pozitsiyangizni bir gapda yozing.

  1. Ovqat va sport tanlovini har kim o‘zi qiladi.
  2. Toza suv va sifatli poliklinika bitta oila hal qila oladigan masala emas.
  3. Kattalar o‘z odatlarini o‘zgartirishni istamasa, qonun yordam bermaydi.
  4. Kam ta’minlangan oilalar sog‘lom ovqatga pul topa olmasligi mumkin.
  5. Soliq va reklama cheklovlari millionlab odamlarning tanloviga ta’sir qiladi.
  6. Bolaning odatlari oilada shakllanadi.

Namuna javoblar

  • Shaxs mas’uliyati: 1, 3, 6.
  • Davlat mas’uliyati: 2, 4, 5.
  • Pozitsiya namunasi: Although individuals make daily choices about food and exercise, I believe governments carry the greater responsibility, because they control the conditions, from clean water to food prices, that make healthy choices possible.
  • Paragraf rejasi: 2-paragraf — shaxs tomoni (1 va 6, misol: oilada ovqatlanish odati). 3-paragraf — davlat tomoni (2 va 5, misol: suv ta’minoti, soliq). 4-paragraf — o‘z fikringiz (4-dalil bilan: sharoit bo‘lmasa, shaxsiy tanlov cheklangan).

3-dalil qaysi guruhga kirishi bahsli: u shaxs tomonini qo‘llaydi, lekin "qonun yordam bermaydi" degan qism davlat tomoniga qarshi e’tiroz sifatida ham ishlatilishi mumkin. Imtihonda bunday dalilni qayerga qo‘yishni o‘zingiz hal qilasiz — asosiysi, pozitsiyangizga mos bo‘lsin. Shu mavzudagi og‘zaki savollar: IELTS Speaking Part 3 health.
