IELTS Speaking Part 3 health: sog‘liq savollari va javoblar

Sog‘liq mavzusidagi 9 ta Part 3 savoli: ovqatlanish, sport, fast food, shifokorga borish. Band 6 va 7+ javoblar, ehtiyotkor iboralar, lug‘at va mashq.

Bir stakan suv tutib, bosh barmog‘ini ko‘targan shifokor ayol: sog‘liq mavzusidagi IELTS Part 3 savollari

Sog‘liq haqidagi Part 3 savollarida imtihonchi sizdan shifokor bilimini kutmaydi. U odamlar, odatlar va jamiyat haqidagi fikringizni so‘raydi. Kuchli javob muammoni uch darajada ko‘radi: shaxs nima qila oladi, oila va atrof-muhit qanday ta’sir qiladi, davlat yoki tizim nimani o‘zgartira oladi. Bundan tashqari, ehtiyotkor til kerak: I’m not a doctor, but…, it seems to me that…. Uydirma raqam yoki “100% zararli” kabi keskin da’vo javobni kuchsizlantiradi.

Rasmiy formatga ko‘ra Part 3 taxminan 4–5 daqiqalik muhokama. Quyidagi savollar mashq uchun tuzilgan. Band 6 va band 7+ javoblar farqni ko‘rsatish uchun tahririyat yozgan misollar, imtihonchi bahosi emas. Javoblar tibbiy maslahat ham emas: ular faqat til mashqi.

Taqqoslash savollari

1. Do people live healthier lives now than in the past?

Band 6 atrofida: In some ways yes, because there is better medicine. But people move less now.

Band 7+ uslubida: It’s a mixed picture. People have better access to doctors and information than my grandparents did. But my grandfather walked or cycled everywhere and worked outdoors, whereas I sit at a desk most of the day and take a taxi even for short distances. So we probably know more about health, but many of us are less active in our daily routine.

2. How do city and village lifestyles differ in terms of health?

Band 6 atrofida: In village air is clean and people work physically. In city there is stress and traffic.

Band 7+ uslubida: Village life tends to be more physical: people work in the garden, look after animals and walk a lot. On the other hand, cities usually have better hospitals and specialists, so problems are found earlier. Diet is interesting too, because in both places it’s common to eat bread with every meal and drink tea with a lot of sugar, so that habit doesn’t really depend on where you live.

3. Is eating well more important than doing exercise?

Band 6 atrofida: I think food is more important. If you eat bad food, sport cannot help.

Band 7+ uslubida: I’m not a doctor, but it seems to me they’re hard to separate. From my own experience, going to the gym didn’t change much while I was still drinking energy drinks every day. What I’d say is that food is the easier one to ignore, because the effects are slower and less visible than being out of breath on the stairs.

Bashorat savollari

4. Will apps and smartwatches make people healthier in the future?

Band 6 atrofida: Yes, because they count steps and show your health. People will be more healthy.

Band 7+ uslubida: They might help people who are already motivated. Seeing that you’ve walked only two thousand steps by evening can push you to go for a walk. But I doubt they’ll change the habits of people who don’t care, because a notification is easy to ignore. So I think technology will widen the gap between people who look after themselves and those who don’t.

5. How might attitudes to mental health change in the future?

Band 6 atrofida: People will talk more about mental health. Now it is a taboo topic.

Band 7+ uslubida: I suspect it’ll become much more normal to talk about it. In my parents’ generation, saying you felt anxious or exhausted was often seen as weakness, and people just kept going. Young people are much more open now, partly because of social media. The risk is that online advice replaces real professional help, so access to trained specialists will matter a lot.

Baholash savollari

6. Should the government tax unhealthy food and sugary drinks?

Band 6 atrofida: Yes, it is a good idea. People will buy less.

Band 7+ uslubida: I can see the logic, because price does change what people buy, especially teenagers with limited pocket money. But a tax alone feels a bit like punishment, and it hits poorer families hardest. If the money went into something visible, like free sports grounds in every mahalla or healthier school canteens, I think people would accept it much more easily.

7. Whose responsibility is people’s health: individuals or the government?

Band 6 atrofida: Both. People must take care, and government must build hospitals.

Band 7+ uslubida: Individuals can certainly decide what they eat and whether they move, so a lot is in their hands. But habits are shaped by the environment: if the only affordable food near your office is fried, or there’s no safe place to walk, willpower isn’t enough. What would really make a difference is the government making the healthy choice the easy choice, through parks, pavements and clear food labels.

Sabab va oqibat savollari

8. Why do young people eat fast food so often?

Band 6 atrofida: Because it is fast and tasty. Also it is cheap and there are many fast food places.

Band 7+ uslubida: Mainly convenience. Students who study all day and work in the evening don’t have time to cook, and a burger or a lavash is ready in five minutes. There’s also a social side: fast food places are where friends meet. Delivery apps have made it even easier, because you don’t have to leave your room, so I’d say the problem is more about time and habit than about taste.

9. Why do some people avoid going to the doctor until a problem becomes serious?

Band 6 atrofida: Because they are busy or afraid. Some people go to pharmacy only.

Band 7+ uslubida: There are several reasons. Some people are simply afraid of bad news, so they prefer not to know. Others can’t take time off work, or they remember long queues at the clinic. In Uzbekistan it’s also common to ask a pharmacist or a relative for advice first, which feels quicker. The effect is that small problems are sometimes found late, so making appointments easier, for example online, could help a lot.
