Part 3 dagi abstrakt savolga javob berish uchun avval bir gapda aniq fikr ayting, keyin “bu kimga va qanday ta’sir qiladi?” deb mavzuni jamiyat miqyosiga kengaytiring. Shaxsiy tajriba taqiqlanmagan, lekin u butun javob emas, fikringizni tasdiqlovchi misol bo‘lishi kerak. Bilmagan mavzuda ham fikr topish mumkin: buning uchun quyidagi beshta usuldan birini ishlating.
Rasmiy formatga ko‘ra Part 3 — 4–5 daqiqalik muhokama. Unda examiner Part 2 mavzusiga bog‘liq, umumiyroq va chuqurroq savollar beradi. Javobni fikr, sabab, misol va cheklov harakatlaridan qurish Part 3 opinion structure sahifasida batafsil tushuntirilgan. Bu sahifa boshqa muammoga bag‘ishlangan: nima deyishni bilmasangiz, fikrni qayerdan topasiz.
Part 1 va Part 3: bitta mavzu, ikki xil savol
| Mavzu | Part 1 savoli | Part 3 savoli |
|---|---|---|
| Xarid | Do you like shopping? | How has online shopping changed small local shops? |
| Ish | What do you do? | Is it better to stay in one job or change jobs often? |
| Oila | How often do you see your relatives? | Are families less close than they used to be? |
| Transport | How do you get to work? | Should cities spend more on roads or on public transport? |
Part 1 da “men” haqida gapirasiz. Part 3 savolida esa odatda people, society, the government yoki in the future bor: examiner umumiy holat haqida fikringizni so‘rayapti.
Uch qadam: “men”dan “odamlar”ga
Savol (mashq uchun): How has online shopping changed small local shops?
Faqat shaxsiy javob: I buy clothes on Uzum every week because it’s cheap. Last month I bought shoes there. My sister also buys online.
Bu javobda grammatika joyida, lekin savolga javob yo‘q: savol do‘konlar haqida, siz esa o‘z xaridingiz haqida gapirdingiz.
Uch qadamli javob:
- 1-qadam, fikr: I think it has made life much harder for small shops, especially clothes shops.
- 2-qadam, kengaytirish: People can compare prices on their phone in a minute, so a small shop in a mahalla can’t really compete on price. On the other hand, shops selling fresh food, like bakeries, are probably less affected, because people still want to see and smell what they buy.
- 3-qadam, shaxsiy misol dalil sifatida: For example, the small clothes shop near my house closed last year, and I think online stores were part of the reason.
Shaxsiy misol endi fikrni tasdiqlaydi. Bu Part 3 dagi eng foydali o‘zgarish.
Fikr topishning beshta usuli
Savol notanish bo‘lsa, quyidagi savollardan birini ichingizda o‘zingizga bering. Har biri kamida bitta gap beradi.
| Usul | O‘zingizga beradigan savol | Javobga aylantiruvchi ibora |
|---|---|---|
| Guruhlar | Yoshlar va keksalar, shahar va qishloq uchun farq bormi? | For older people, though, it’s a different story… |
| Pul va vaqt | Bu arzonroq, tezroq yoki qimmatroqmi? | The main advantage is that it saves time… |
| O‘tmish va kelajak | Yigirma yil oldin qanday edi? Keyin nima bo‘ladi? | When my parents were young… / In ten years… |
| Shaxs va davlat | Bu kimning mas’uliyati? | Individuals can do a bit, but the real change has to come from… |
| Foyda va xavf | Kim yutadi, kim yutqazadi? | The people who benefit most are…, while… |
Bir savolga hamma usul kerak emas. Bittasi fikr beradi, ikkinchisi cheklov qo‘shadi. Masalan, “guruhlar” va “o‘tmish va kelajak” usullari birgalikda deyarli har qanday ijtimoiy savolga yetarli material beradi.
Oltita savol turi va namuna javoblar
Quyidagi javoblar mashq uchun yozilgan. Ularni yodlamang: har birida qaysi usul ishlatilganiga e’tibor bering.
1. Taqqoslash: o‘tmish va hozir
How have people’s shopping habits changed in the last twenty years?
Quite dramatically, I’d say. When my parents were young, almost everything came from the bazaar, and shopping was a social thing: you knew the sellers personally. Now a lot of people, especially in cities, order online and never talk to anyone. In villages, though, the bazaar is still the centre of life, so the change hasn’t been the same everywhere.
Usul: o‘tmish va kelajak, guruhlar.
2. Bashorat
Will people still go to physical shops in the future?
I think they will, but for different reasons. Basic things like household goods will probably be bought online, because it’s simply faster. But I doubt people will stop going out altogether. Shopping centres might become places for entertainment and meeting friends rather than just buying things.
Usul: pul va vaqt. Probably, I doubt va might ishonch darajasini ko‘rsatadi.
3. Baholash
Is it a good thing that more people work from home?
Mostly, yes, but it depends on the job. For programmers or designers, it saves hours of commuting, which in a city like Tashkent is a real benefit. The downside is that young employees can lose out, because it’s harder to learn from experienced colleagues on a video call.
Usul: pul va vaqt, foyda va xavf.
4. Sabab
Why do so many young people move from villages to big cities?
The main reason is work. Most well-paid jobs, especially in IT and finance, are in the capital. Education is another factor: many of the best universities are there too. And once a young person has studied in the city for four years, their friends and opportunities are there, so going back becomes harder.
Usul: guruhlar, pul. Sabablar zanjir bo‘lib bog‘langan: o‘qish, keyin ish.
5. Mas’uliyat
Who should be responsible for keeping cities clean?
I’d say it’s a shared responsibility, but not an equal one. Individuals obviously shouldn’t throw rubbish on the street. But if there aren’t enough bins or collection is irregular, you can’t really blame people. So I think the main responsibility lies with the city authorities, and people’s job is to use what’s provided.
Usul: shaxs va davlat.
6. Qo‘shilish yoki qo‘shilmaslik
Some people say money is the most important thing when choosing a job. Do you agree?
Partly. For someone supporting a family, salary obviously comes first, and it would be unfair to criticise that. But for young people without those responsibilities, I think it’s a mistake to choose only by money. If you hate your job, you won’t stay long enough to earn much anyway.
Usul: guruhlar, foyda va xavf.
Ishonch darajasini bildiruvchi iboralar
Part 3 da ko‘p savol kelajak yoki siz aniq bilmaydigan narsalar haqida. Har gapni definitely bilan aytish ham, har gapni I think bilan boshlash ham bir xil eshitiladi. Ishonchingiz darajasini ko‘rsating:
| Ishonch | Ibora | Misol |
|---|---|---|
| Juda yuqori | I’m pretty sure that… | I’m pretty sure prices will keep rising. |
| Yuqori | …will probably… | Most shopping will probably move online. |
| O‘rtacha | It’s quite possible that… | It’s quite possible that shops will become cafés. |
| Past | I doubt that… | I doubt people will stop cooking at home. |
| Bilmayman | It’s hard to say, but… | It’s hard to say, but my guess would be… |
Umuman bilmagan mavzu tushsa
Masalan: Should governments spend money on space exploration? Bu haqda hech o‘ylamagan bo‘lsangiz, buni halol ayting va baribir fikr yuriting: I don’t know much about space programmes, to be honest, but if I think about it in terms of money, I’d say… Keyin “pul” usuli bilan davom eting: bu pul maktab yoki kasalxonaga sarflansa nima bo‘lardi? Examiner bilimingizni emas, tilingizni baholaydi, shuning uchun mantiqiy fikr yetarli.
O‘zbek o‘quvchilarida ko‘p uchraydigan uch odat
- Umumlashtirish: All Uzbek people love plov. Part 3 da most, many, a lot of people bilan ehtiyotkor bo‘ling.
- Insho uslubi: Firstly… Secondly… Thirdly… In conclusion… Bu yozma essega xos. Suhbatda The main reason is…, Another thing is… tabiiyroq.
- Har gapni “I think” bilan boshlash: o‘zbekcha “menimcha” so‘zini ko‘p ishlatish odati. Yuqoridagi jadvaldan boshqa iboralarni ham qo‘shing.

Mashq: shaxsiy javobni umumiy qiling
Quyidagi javoblar faqat shaxsiy. Har biriga umumiy fikr bildiruvchi birinchi gapni yozing va qaysi usulni ishlatganingizni belgilang.
- 1. Do young people read less than before? — “I don’t read books. I watch YouTube.”
- 2. Should public transport be free? — “I take the metro every day. It’s not expensive for me.”
- 3. Why do people keep pets? — “I have a cat. Her name is Mosh.”
- 4. Is it important to learn a second foreign language? — “I learn English. It is enough for me.”
- 5. How will technology change schools? — “In my school we had a projector.”
Namuna javoblar (bir nechta to‘g‘ri variant bo‘lishi mumkin):
- 1. I’d say they read fewer books, but they probably read more short texts online than ever. Usul: o‘tmish va hozir.
- 2. It would help people on low incomes, but someone would still have to pay for it, probably through taxes. Usul: guruhlar, pul.
- 3. For many people, especially those who live alone, a pet is mainly company. Usul: guruhlar.
- 4. It depends on the job: for people in tourism or trade, it can make a real difference. Usul: guruhlar, foyda.
- 5. I think lessons will become more personalised, although teachers will still be needed to keep students motivated. Usul: o‘tmish va kelajak, cheklov.
Endi har birini shaxsiy misol bilan tugating: asl javobingiz shu yerda kerak bo‘ladi.
BandMate bilan mashq
BandMate ilovasida IELTS Speaking mock testning Part 3 qismida umumiy savollarga taymer bilan javob berishingiz, Bandi bilan ovozli suhbatda esa “Why?” va “Can you give an example?” kabi davom savollariga tayyorlanishingiz mumkin. Ilova fikri javobingiz qayerda uzilganini ko‘rsatishga yordam beradi, lekin rasmiy band emas.
