Describe an outdoor activity: IELTS Part 2 namuna (Chimyon)

Describe an outdoor activity kartasi: Chimyonga piyoda yurish haqida 2 daqiqalik namuna, qaydlar, 12 ta ibora, -ed talaffuzi, go hiking xatolari va Part 3.

Ramkadagi tog‘ va yashil adirlar surati: ochiq havo faoliyati haqidagi IELTS Part 2 kartasi

Ochiq havo kartasida eng kuchli javob faoliyatning bir kunini hikoya qiladi, faoliyatni umuman tasvirlamaydi. “I like hiking because it is healthy and there is fresh air” degan gap har qanday nomzodda bor. “Biz Chimyonda cho‘qqiga yetib bora olmadik, lekin baribir bu eng yaxshi kunim edi” degan gap esa faqat sizda. Bitta aniq kun, bitta muammo va bitta xulosa: shu uchtasi ikki daqiqani to‘ldiradi.

Hikoya o‘tgan zamonda bo‘lgani uchun bu karta talaffuzni tekshirish uchun ham qulay: climbed, walked, stopped, decided kabi fe’llarning oxiridagi tovushlar ko‘p o‘zbek o‘quvchida tushib qoladi.

Mashq kartasi: yoqqan ochiq havo faoliyati

Tahririyat tuzgan mashq kartasi; rasmiy IELTS materiali emas.

Describe an outdoor activity you enjoyed.

You should say:

  • what the activity was
  • where and when you did it
  • who you did it with
  • and explain why you enjoyed it.

IELTS.org tavsifiga ko‘ra Part 2 da bir daqiqa tayyorlanib, ikki daqiqagacha gapirasiz, keyin imtihonchi bir-ikki savol berishi mumkin.

Qaydlar: yo‘lning uch bosqichi

Tog‘ yurishi o‘z-o‘zidan uch bosqichga bo‘linadi: pastda, yo‘lda, tepada. Qaydlarni ham shunday yozing.

  • What/when/who: hiking, Chimgan; last May; Dilnoza (experienced) + Bekzod (first time)
  • Bottom: left Tashkent 6 am; 2 h drive; cold, sunny; packed lunch
  • Middle: steep path; Bekzod slipped; stream, freezing water
  • Top (almost): clouds came in, snow; Dilnoza: turn back
  • Why enjoyed: no phone signal; views; learned to turn back = not failure

Qaydda “turn back” so‘zini ikki marta yozing: bu hikoyaning burilish nuqtasi va “why” qismiga ko‘prik.

Namuna javob: cho‘qqiga yetmagan yurish

Mashq namunasi, ikki daqiqaga yaqin. U band 7 atrofidagi nutqqa misol sifatida yozilgan, imtihonchi bahosi emas.

Candidate: The outdoor activity I want to describe is a hike I did in the Chimgan mountains last May. Chimgan is about two hours’ drive from Tashkent, and in summer it’s full of families having picnics, but in spring it’s much quieter.

I went with two friends from university. Dilnoza has been hiking for years, so she planned everything, while Bekzod had never climbed anything higher than the stairs to his flat. We left Tashkent at six in the morning, and when we arrived it was freezing but completely clear, with the sun just coming up over the peaks.

The first part of the path was easy, but after an hour it got much steeper and rockier. Bekzod slipped a couple of times and complained the whole way, which actually kept us laughing. Halfway up we stopped by a stream to fill our bottles, and I made the mistake of washing my face in it. The water was so cold that it felt like my skin was burning.

We were maybe an hour from the top when the weather suddenly changed. Clouds rolled in, and it started snowing, even though it was May. Dilnoza looked at the sky and said, “We’re turning back.” I was really disappointed at first, because we’d walked for four hours and the top looked so close.

But looking back, that’s exactly why I enjoyed the day so much. For about eight hours I didn’t check my phone once, partly because there was no signal. The views on the way down, with the clouds below us, were better than anything I’d seen in photos. And I learned something from Dilnoza: turning back isn’t giving up, it’s just deciding to come back another day. We’re planning to try again next spring.

Pronunciation ustunini tekshirish: -ed va so‘z oxiridagi undoshlar

Rasmiy Speaking band descriptors ning Pronunciation ustunida band 6 uchun talaffuz vositalarining turlicha nazorat bilan ishlatilishi va ayrim so‘z yoki tovushlardagi xato ba’zida aniqlikni pasaytirishi yozilgan. Band 8 da nomzodni butun nutq davomida tushunish oson. Band 7 band 6 ning barcha ijobiy belgilarini va band 8 belgilarining bir qismini ko‘rsatadi.

O‘tgan zamondagi hikoyada eng ko‘p tushib qoladigan tovush bu -ed oxiri. Walked ni walk deb aytsangiz, imtihonchi zamonni ham, talaffuzni ham shubha ostiga oladi. -ed uch xil o‘qiladi:

TalaffuzQachonMisollar
/t/jarangsiz tovushdan keyin (p, k, s, sh, ch, f)slipped, walked, washed, stopped, looked
/d/jarangli tovush va unlidan keyinclimbed, arrived, planned, rolled, turned
/ɪd/t yoki d dan keyinstarted, decided, disappointed, wanted
  1. 2 daqiqa. O‘z faoliyatingiz haqida taymer bilan gapiring va yozib oling.
  2. 3 daqiqa. Yozuvni tinglab, har bir -ed li fe’lni yozing. Oxirgi tovush aniq eshitilganini ✓, yutilganini ✗ bilan belgilang.
  3. 1 daqiqa. ✗ belgili fe’llarni jadvaldagi uch guruhga ajrating. Odatda bitta guruh (ko‘pincha /t/ yoki /d/) muammo bo‘ladi.
  4. 2 daqiqa. Shu fe’llarni keyingi so‘z bilan birga aytib mashq qiling: walked up, stopped at, climbed over. Keyingi so‘z unli bilan boshlansa, oxirgi undosh unga ulanadi va aytish osonlashadi.
  5. 2 daqiqa. Hikoyani qaytadan yozib oling va ✗ lar sonini solishtiring.

Tovushlar, urg‘u va intonatsiya bo‘yicha to‘liq reja pronunciation band 7 sahifasida.

Part 3: ochiq havo va dam olish haqida 4 savol

Mashq uchun Part 3 savollari va qisqa javob g‘oyalari.

  1. Do young people spend less time outdoors than previous generations? In cities, probably yes. My parents spent whole summers outside in the mahalla, while a lot of kids now have their games and friends on a screen.
  2. Should schools organise more outdoor activities? I think so, even simple ones like a day trip to the mountains. Some children never go further than their own district.
  3. Are extreme outdoor sports worth the risk? For experienced people with the right equipment, maybe. The problem is beginners who copy what they see on social media without any training.
  4. How can cities encourage people to be more active outdoors? Safe parks and cycle lanes help more than advertising. People use what is convenient.

Bu mavzudagi Part 1 savollari Part 1 parks sahifasida, sport va jamiyat muhokamasi esa Part 3 sport sahifasida.
