IELTS Speaking Part 3 technology: 10 savol, band 6 va 7 javob

Texnologiya mavzusidagi 10 ta Part 3 savoli: to‘lov ilovalari, AI va ish, firibgarlik. Har biriga band 6 va band 7+ javob, g‘oyalar banki, lug‘at va mashq.

Noutbuk ekranidagi ochiq qulfga qo‘l cho‘zayotgan qora qo‘lqop: texnologiya mavzusidagi Part 3 savollari

Part 3 dagi texnologiya savollariga band 7 darajasida javob berish uchun texnologiyani maqtash ham, qoralash ham shart emas. Uch narsani ayting: u nimani osonlashtirdi, buning evaziga nimani yo‘qotdik va bu kimga ko‘proq ta’sir qiladi. Band 6 javob odatda birinchi qadamda to‘xtaydi (It is very convenient). Band 7+ javob esa uchala qadamni bosib, bitta mahalliy misol keltiradi.

Rasmiy formatga ko‘ra Part 3 taxminan 4–5 daqiqalik muhokama va Part 2 mavzusiga bog‘liq bo‘ladi. Quyidagi savollar mashq uchun tuzilgan. Onlayn ta’lim, AI bilan uy vazifasi va maktabda telefon savollari alohida sahifada: Part 3 education va technology. Bu yerda kundalik hayot, ish va jamiyat. Band 6 va band 7+ javoblar farqni ko‘rsatish uchun tahririyat yozgan misollar, imtihonchi bahosi emas.

Taqqoslash savollari

1. How has technology changed the way people shop and pay in Uzbekistan?

Band 6 atrofida: Now people pay with apps like Click and Payme. It is very fast and comfortable. Also people buy clothes online.

Band 7+ uslubida: The biggest change is that cash has become almost optional in cities. Most people I know pay for taxis, bills and even groceries through apps like Click or Payme, which saves a lot of time. The flip side is that it’s much easier to overspend when you never actually see the money leaving your hand. And in some villages, cash is still the norm, so the change hasn’t been equal across the country.

2. Do older and younger people use technology differently?

Band 6 atrofida: Yes. Young people use technology more. Old people use only for calling.

Band 7+ uslubida: Yes, but the gap is smaller than people think. My grandmother makes video calls to relatives in Russia every week, so older people do adopt technology when it serves a clear purpose. The real difference is that young people explore: they download apps just to see what they do, whereas older people learn one function and stick to it.

3. Has technology made communication better or worse?

Band 6 atrofida: It is better because we can talk with anyone. But people talk less face to face.

Band 7+ uslubida: Both, really. It’s made communication far more frequent, since families spread across different countries can now chat every day for free. What’s suffered is the depth of it. A forty-person family group on Telegram is full of stickers and forwarded videos, but people rarely have a proper conversation there.

Bashorat savollari

4. What jobs might disappear because of AI in the next twenty years?

Band 6 atrofida: I think many jobs will disappear, for example translators and drivers. AI will do everything.

Band 7+ uslubida: It’s hard to predict, but jobs built on repetitive tasks are probably most at risk, like data entry or basic customer support. I’m less sure about translators, because a lot of translation depends on context and culture. My guess is that most jobs won’t vanish completely, but they’ll change, so people who know how to work with AI will replace people who don’t.

5. Will cash disappear completely?

Band 6 atrofida: Maybe yes, because everybody uses cards. In future there will be no cash.

Band 7+ uslubida: Not in the near future, I’d say. In Tashkent you can go days without touching cash, but at a village bazaar many sellers still prefer notes. There’s also the question of what happens when the internet or the payment system goes down. So I think cash will become rarer, but it’ll survive as a backup for quite a while.

Baholash savollari

6. Should governments control how companies collect personal data?

Band 6 atrofida: Yes, because companies take our data and it is dangerous. Government must control.

Band 7+ uslubida: I think some regulation is necessary, because most users simply click “agree” without reading anything, so they can’t really protect themselves. At the same time, rules that are too strict could make it harder for local start-ups to compete with huge foreign companies. Ideally, the law would force companies to explain in plain language what they collect and why.

7. Is it a good idea for people to take regular breaks from technology?

Band 6 atrofida: Yes, it is good for health. People must rest from phone sometimes.

Band 7+ uslubida: I think so, although a complete “digital detox” isn’t realistic for most people, because work and payments depend on the phone. Small breaks seem more practical, like no phone during family meals. When my family started doing that at dinner, the conversations got noticeably longer, which surprised all of us.

8. Do the benefits of smart technology at home outweigh the risks?

Band 6 atrofida: Smart home is useful, but it can be hacked. I think benefits are more.

Band 7+ uslubida: For most people, yes, as long as they’re careful. A camera at the door or a heating system you control from your phone genuinely makes life easier, especially for elderly people living alone. The risk is that every connected device is another way in for hackers, and most people never change the default password. So the benefit is real, but so is the responsibility.

Sabab va oqibat savollari

9. Why do people find it so hard to put their phones down?

Band 6 atrofida: Because phone is interesting. There are many videos and games.

Band 7+ uslubida: Mainly because apps are designed that way. Short videos never end, and every notification gives you a tiny reason to check. There’s also a social reason: if you don’t reply quickly in a group chat, people assume something is wrong. So it’s not only a question of willpower; the environment pushes you towards the screen.

10. How has online fraud affected people’s trust in technology?

Band 6 atrofida: Many people lost money because of scammers. Now they are afraid.

Band 7+ uslubida: It’s made people more cautious, which is partly a good thing. A lot of people in Uzbekistan have received fake messages asking for the code from their bank SMS, and some older people now refuse to use payment apps at all. The danger is that fear pushes them away from services that are genuinely useful, so education matters more than avoiding technology altogether.
