Ta’lim — IELTS Task 2 da eng ko‘p uchraydigan mavzulardan biri. Savollar odatda besh yo‘nalish atrofida aylanadi: oliy ta’lim kimga va kimning puliga, imtihonlar va baholash, o‘qituvchi va texnologiya, maktab nimani o‘rgatishi kerak, chet elda o‘qish. Har biri uchun oldindan ikki tomonlama g‘oya va 10–15 ta aniq collocation tayyorlasangiz, imtihonda 5 daqiqalik reja uchun yetarli material bo‘ladi.
Quyida 6 ta mashq savoli, O‘zbekiston misollari bilan g‘oyalar banki, lug‘at, to‘liq namuna esse va reja mashqi bor. Barcha savollar mashq uchun tuzilgan, haqiqiy imtihon savollari emas.

Namuna esse: bepul oliy ta’lim (discussion)
Mashq namunasi — rasmiy ball emas. Savol yuqoridagi jadvaldagi ikkinchi savol.
Whether higher education should be funded entirely by the state or partly by students themselves is a question many countries continue to debate. Although there are sound arguments on both sides, I believe university should be free for able students from low-income families, while others contribute according to their means.
Supporters of free higher education argue that it gives every capable young person the same chance. When fees are high, a gifted pupil from a village school may never apply, simply because her parents cannot pay for four years of study in the capital. Free tuition removes this barrier and allows a country to benefit from talent wherever it appears, which matters especially in professions such as medicine and teaching, where rural areas often struggle to find qualified staff.
On the other hand, those who favour fees point out that universities are expensive to run and that public money is limited. If the state pays for every student, funding may be spread so thinly that libraries, laboratories and lecturers’ salaries suffer. Fees may also encourage students to take their studies seriously, since people who invest their own money are less likely to choose a course casually.
In my view, a mixed system combines the strengths of both approaches. In Uzbekistan, for example, universities already offer both state-funded places and paid contract places. Such a system could become fairer if more free places were reserved for strong candidates from low-income families, so that money never decides who is able to study.
In conclusion, free education widens opportunity, while fees help keep universities well funded. The best solution, I believe, is to guarantee free places for able students who cannot afford to pay and to ask those who can to contribute.

Reja mashqi: 5 daqiqada ikki savol
Quyidagi ikki savolga reja tuzing: pozitsiya (yoki javob), ikkita asosiy g‘oya, har biriga bitta aniq misol. Essay yozmang — faqat reja.
- Many families now pay for private tutors for their children. Why is this happening? Is it a positive development?
- Practical skills such as cooking and managing money are more important than academic subjects. Do you agree or disagree?
Namuna javoblar
1-savol (two-part):
- Nima uchun: kirish imtihonlariga raqobat; maktab darsida har bir o‘quvchiga vaqt yetmasligi. Misol: 11-sinf o‘quvchisi grant uchun kechqurun matematika repetitoriga boradi.
- Ijobiymi: asosan salbiy. Sabab: kam ta’minlangan oilalar o‘rtasida tengsizlik; maktab o‘z vazifasini yo‘qotadi. Misol: bir sinfdagi ikki o‘quvchidan faqat biri repetitorga pul topa oladi.
- Thesis: …mainly because of competition for university places, and I see it as largely negative, as it turns success into a matter of family income.
2-savol (opinion):
- Pozitsiya: qisman rozi — amaliy ko‘nikmalar muhim, lekin akademik fanlar o‘rnini bosmaydi.
- G‘oya 1: pul boshqarish bilmaslik yoshlarni qarzga olib keladi. Misol: birinchi maoshini bo‘lib to‘lashga telefonga sarflagan yigit.
- G‘oya 2: matematika va til esa kasb tanlash imkonini beradi. Misol: dasturchi yoki shifokor bo‘lish uchun akademik asos shart.
- Thesis: I partly agree: schools should add practical skills to the timetable, but not at the expense of core academic subjects.
Rejangiz bittadan ortiq g‘oyani bitta paragrafga tiqib qo‘ymadimi? Har g‘oyaga alohida misol topdingizmi? Topgan bo‘lsangiz, rejani 35 daqiqada to‘liq essega aylantiring. Shu g‘oyalarni og‘zaki ham ishlatish mumkin: IELTS Speaking Part 3 education. Boshqa mavzular lug‘ati IELTS vocabulary mavzular bo‘yicha sahifasida.
Ta’lim g‘oyalarini Bandi bilan muhokama qilish
Yuqoridagi savollardan birini tanlang va BandMate ilovasida Bandi bilan 3–4 daqiqa bahslashing: u qarshi fikr bildiradi, siz g‘oyangizni misol bilan himoya qilasiz. Og‘zaki sinalgan dalilni yozish osonroq. Ilova so‘z tanlash va grammatika bo‘yicha fikr beradi, lekin Writing bandi bermaydi.
