Ish mavzusidagi Part 3 savollari sizning ishingiz haqida emas, odamlar umuman qanday ishlashi haqida. Band 7 javobning siri bitta harakatda: savolni ikki guruhga ajrating (yosh va keksa, ofis va uy, katta kompaniya va kichik biznes), har biri uchun bitta gap ayting, keyin qaysi omil hal qilishini ko‘rsating. Band 6 javob esa bitta tomonni aytib to‘xtaydi.
Rasmiy formatga ko‘ra Part 3 taxminan 4–5 daqiqa davom etadi va Part 2 dagi mavzuni kengroq muhokama qiladi. Quyidagi savollar mashq uchun tuzilgan. Part 1 dagi shaxsiy savollar (Do you work or study?) uchun Part 1 work va study sahifasiga qarang. Band 6 va band 7+ javoblar farqni ko‘rsatish uchun tahririyat yozgan misollar, imtihonchi bahosi emas.
Javobni uzaytirish: ikki guruh va hal qiluvchi omil
| Qadam | Nima qilasiz | Ibora |
|---|---|---|
| Pozitsiya | Bir gapda fikringiz | It depends on who we’re talking about. |
| 1-guruh | Bir tomon uchun gap va misol | For people who…, it’s… |
| 2-guruh | Ikkinchi tomon | For…, on the other hand,… |
| Hal qiluvchi omil | Farqni nima belgilaydi | What really decides it is… |
“It depends” faqat keyingi gap nimaga bog‘liqligini aniq aytsa ishlaydi. Shu uch qadam aynan shu vazifani bajaradi.
Taqqoslash savollari
1. What are the differences between working for a big company and running your own business?
Band 6 atrofida: In big company you have stable salary. In own business you are free but it is risky.
Band 7+ uslubida: The main difference is security versus freedom. In a big company, like a bank, you get a steady income and clear rules, but decisions come from above. Running your own business, say a small bakery in your mahalla, means you’re your own boss, but if customers stop coming, nobody pays you. What really decides it is how much risk you can handle, and that usually depends on whether you have a family to support.
2. How is working life different for young people today compared with their parents?
Band 6 atrofida: Parents worked in one place all life. Young people change jobs many times.
Band 7+ uslubida: For my parents’ generation, the ideal was one employer for thirty years, and changing jobs looked a bit suspicious. Young people now see a job more as a stage. A friend of mine has had four jobs in five years, and each one paid better than the last. The downside is that loyalty works both ways, so companies invest less in people they expect to leave.
3. Is it better to work from home or in an office?
Band 6 atrofida: Home is comfortable, no traffic. But in office you can talk with colleagues.
Band 7+ uslubida: It depends on the type of work and the person. For programmers who need hours of concentration, home can be ideal, especially if the alternative is an hour in Tashkent traffic. For new employees, though, the office is where you learn, just by overhearing how experienced people solve problems. I think a mix of both works best for most people.

4. Will people change careers more often in the future?
Band 6 atrofida: Yes, I think so. Technology is changing fast, so people need to change job.
Band 7+ uslubida: Probably, yes. As some tasks become automated, people will have to retrain more than once in their lives. We can already see it: some accountants in Tashkent have moved into data analysis after doing online courses. The difficult part is that retraining at forty-five, with a family and a mortgage, is much harder than at twenty-five.
5. Which skills will employers value most in the future?
Band 6 atrofida: Computer skills and English will be important. Also communication.
Band 7+ uslubida: Nobody can say for sure, but I suspect the ability to learn quickly will matter more than any single skill, because specific tools change every few years. English will probably stay important in Uzbekistan, since so many IT companies work with foreign clients. And oddly enough, I think people skills might become more valuable, precisely because machines can’t do them well.
Baholash savollari
6. Is a high salary the most important thing in a job?
Band 6 atrofida: No, I think job satisfaction is more important. But salary is also important for family.
Band 7+ uslubida: Up to a point, yes. If you can’t cover rent and support your family, no amount of job satisfaction makes up for it. But once the basics are covered, things like a decent boss and a reasonable schedule start to matter more. I know people who left well-paid jobs because they worked until ten every night and never saw their children.
7. Should students work while they are at university?
Band 6 atrofida: Yes, they can get experience and money. But sometimes they miss lessons.
Band 7+ uslubida: A part-time job can be really valuable, as long as it doesn’t take over. Students who work in a café or as tutors learn to deal with real customers and to manage their time, which employers notice. The problem starts when the job becomes full-time and grades collapse, so I’d say ten to fifteen hours a week is a sensible limit.
Sabab va oqibat savollari
8. Why do many young people from Uzbekistan go abroad to work?
Band 6 atrofida: Because salary is higher abroad. They send money to family.
Band 7+ uslubida: The main reason is the difference in wages, especially for construction or factory work in countries like South Korea. Many of them support their parents or save for a house or a wedding. The effect back home is mixed: the money helps families and local businesses, but villages lose a lot of young men for years, and children grow up with a parent away.
9. What causes stress at work, and whose responsibility is it to reduce it?
Band 6 atrofida: Deadlines and bad boss cause stress. Company must help workers.
Band 7+ uslubida: Usually it’s a combination of too much work and too little control over it. Tight deadlines are manageable if you can decide how to meet them, but being micromanaged makes everything worse. I think managers have the bigger responsibility, since they set the workload, although employees also need to learn to say when something isn’t realistic.
