(What’s your biggest challenge with…?), потом связывает продукт с ответом (That means you could…), на возражение отвечает по схеме «признать — уточнить — ответить — проверить» и заканчивает конкретным следующим шагом.
- Hi, this is Sardor from Silk Road Tours. Is now a good time for a quick call?
- I’m calling because you downloaded our price list last week.
- I’ll keep it short: five minutes, and then you decide if it’s worth continuing.
Is now a good time? When would be better for you?
- How do you handle this at the moment?
- What’s the biggest problem with your current supplier?
- Who else is involved in the decision?
- What would make this project a success for you?
- Is there a budget set aside for this?
- When do you need it in place?
So, if I understood correctly, the main issue is late delivery, not price?
Our system has reports, notifications, integration. Связка — which means или so you can:
| Характеристика | Польза для клиента |
|---|---|
| We deliver from our own warehouse in Tashkent. | …which means you get the goods in two days, not two weeks. |
| The app sends reminders automatically. | …so your staff don’t have to call every patient. |
| Our guides speak English, Russian and Uzbek. | …so you can send mixed groups without extra cost. |
| We offer 60-day payment terms. | …which helps with your cash flow in the low season. |
- Does this sound like what you’re looking for?
- What would you need to see to move forward?
- Shall I send you a proposal by Thursday?
- Can we book a 30-minute demo with your team next week?
- If we can agree on the volume, we can start in November.

I understand. / That’s a fair point.
Can I ask what you’re comparing it with?
Does that answer your concern?
Не спорьте с клиентом (No, you are wrong) и не начинайте с But…
«It’s too expensive.»
I understand, price matters. Can I ask what you’re comparing it with? … Our price includes delivery and installation, so the total cost is actually close. And if you commit to 12 months, we can offer 10% off. Would that work within your budget?
«We already have a supplier.»
That makes sense. Many of our clients kept their main supplier and used us as a backup for urgent orders. How often do your deliveries arrive late?
«Just send me some information.»
Of course. So that I send the right thing: are you more interested in prices or in delivery times? … Great, I’ll send it today. Can I call you on Friday to answer questions?
«I need to talk to my boss.»
Sure. What do you think will matter most to them? … Would it help if I joined a short call with both of you?
«Now is not a good time.»
No problem. When would be a better time to talk: after the season or before next year’s budget?
«We tried something like this and it didn’t work.»
I’m sorry to hear that. What went wrong last time? … That’s exactly why we start with a one-month pilot, so you don’t risk much.
Sardor: Hi, Ms Demir, this is Sardor from Silk Road Tours in Tashkent. You downloaded our catalogue last week. Is now a good time for a quick call?
Ms Demir: Yes, I have a few minutes.
Sardor: Thank you. Can I ask what made you look at Uzbekistan?
Ms Demir: Our clients ask for new destinations. Many have already been to Georgia and Azerbaijan.
Sardor: That makes sense. What kind of groups do you usually send?
Ms Demir: Mostly couples over fifty. They want culture, good hotels and not too much time on the bus.
Sardor: Then our five-day Samarkand and Bukhara tour could fit well. We use the high-speed train between the cities, so the longest transfer is under two hours.
Ms Demir: Sounds nice, but your price is higher than another company we talked to.
Sardor: I understand. Can I ask what their price includes?
Ms Demir: Hotels, breakfast, a guide.
Sardor: Ours also includes train tickets, all entrance fees and dinner with a local family in Samarkand. So the difference for the client is smaller than it looks.
Ms Demir: I see. I’d need to discuss it with my director.
Sardor: Of course. What do you think will matter most to her?
Ms Demir: Probably reviews from other agencies.
Sardor: I can send you contacts of two partners in Istanbul who work with us. Shall I send a proposal for a group of twenty with those references by Wednesday?
Ms Demir: Yes, please.
Sardor: Great. I’ll send it on Wednesday and call you on Friday morning. Thank you for your time.

В BandMate можно разыграть звонок с Bandi: попросите его сыграть недовольного клиента, который говорит It’s too expensive и We already have a supplier,
