Multilevel Speaking Part 3 — C1 darajadagi yakuniy topshiriq: ekranda bitta munozarali mavzu va ikki ro‘yxat (for va against) ko‘rsatiladi. Har bir ro‘yxatdan ikkita fikr tanlab, 1 daqiqa tayyorlanasiz va 2 daqiqa davomida ikkala tomonni muvozanatli tahlil qilasiz. Baholash shkalasida ikkala tomonga javob berish va ro‘yxatdagi fikrlarni o‘qib bermaslik alohida tilga olingan.

Tayyorgarlik minuti: har bir ro‘yxatdan misol keltira oladigan ikkita fikrni tanlang. Ularning yoniga bitta kalit so‘z yozing (Jizzakh student, budget 2x). Oxirgi 10 soniyada xulosangizni hal qiling: “ha, lekin sharti bilan” yoki “bu …ga bog‘liq”.

University education should be free for everyone.

FOR: Talented students from poor families get a chance · Society benefits from a more educated workforce · Students graduate without debt

AGAINST: It is very expensive for the state budget · Free places may reduce students’ motivation · The money could be spent on schools and hospitals instead

Whether university should be free is a question many countries are still arguing about, because it touches both fairness and money.

Let me start with the arguments in favour. The strongest one, in my view, is access. At the moment, a bright teenager from a low-income family in the regions may never apply simply because the tuition fees are beyond what their parents earn. Free education would remove that barrier. Closely linked to this is the benefit to society as a whole: a country with more doctors, engineers and teachers is likely to grow faster and attract more investment.

That said, there are serious objections. The most obvious is cost. Funding every student would put enormous pressure on the state budget, and that money has to come from somewhere, usually from taxes. There is also a question of motivation. Some people argue that when something is free, it is valued less, and students might be less inclined to attend lectures or finish their degrees on time.

On balance, I would say that free education is worth pursuing, but not unconditionally. A system where tuition is free for students who maintain good grades, combined with generous grants for families on low incomes, could keep the main advantage of access while limiting the cost and the motivation problem.

• Xulosa: not a strict age — basic phone first, smartphone with rules

Mashq: ro‘yxatdagi fikrni paraphrase qiling

Quyidagi 6 ta fikrni ro‘yxatdagi asosiy so‘zlarni takrorlamasdan bir gap bilan qayta ayting. Bu mashq 1–2 ballik “o‘qib berish” xatosidan saqlaydi.

• 1. Phones harm concentration and sleep.
• 2. It is very expensive for the state budget.
• 3. Working from home saves time.
• 4. Tourism creates jobs for local people.
• 5. Exams cause too much stress.
• 6. Public transport reduces air pollution.

Namuna javoblar:

• 1. Constant notifications make it hard for children to focus, and many of them stay up late scrolling.
• 2. Covering everyone’s tuition would cost the government a huge amount of money.
• 3. People no longer lose an hour or two every day stuck in traffic.
• 4. Hotels, restaurants and guides give local residents a steady income.
• 5. Many students feel so much pressure before exams that they can’t show what they really know.
• 6. If more people took the metro or buses, there would be far fewer cars polluting the air.

Uchinchi mavzu: o‘zingiz bajaring

Working from home is better than working in an office.

FOR: Saves commuting time and money · Employees can organise their own day · Companies spend less on office space

AGAINST: Harder to communicate and solve problems quickly · Work and personal life get mixed · Young employees learn less from experienced colleagues

Namuna reja: for — commuting (Toshkentdagi tirbandlik, kuniga 2 soat) va flexibility (bola bilan ota-ona). Against — communication (5 daqiqalik savol bir kunlik xat yozishmaga aylanadi) va learning from colleagues (junior dasturchi). Xulosa: gibrid model — haftada 2–3 kun ofisda.

Ballni tushiradigan 5 xato

Ro‘yxatni o‘qib berish. Eng qimmat xato: shkalada bu 1 ballik tavsif. Tuzatish: har bir fikrni boshqa so‘zlar bilan boshlang (The strongest argument is…, Another concern is…).

Faqat bitta tomon. O‘z fikringiz qat’iy bo‘lsa ham, qarshi tomonni ikkita fikr bilan ko‘rsating, keyin xulosada o‘z pozitsiyangizga qayting.

Uchta fikrni sanab chiqish. Uch fikrga 10 soniyadan ajratgandan ko‘ra, ikkitasini misol bilan ochish yaxshiroq.

Ruscha qoliplar. “discuss about” → discuss; “it depends from” → it depends on; “the government must to” → the government must; “make a research” → do research.

Mexanik bog‘lovchilar. Firstly, secondly, thirdly, in conclusion I want to say… — C1 tavsifidagi xilma-xillikni ko‘rsatmaydi. That said, admittedly, on balance, the flip side is kabi iboralarni almashtirib ishlating.
