Bir bo‘g‘inli sifatga -er / the -est, uzun sifat oldiga more / the most qo‘yiladi, good va bad esa o‘z shakliga ega: better – the best, worse – the worst; teng narsalar as … as bilan taqqoslanadi. Bo‘g‘in sanash va imlo qoidalari sifat darajalari sahifasida, as … as ning barcha qoliplari esa as… as taqqoslash sahifasida.

Talaba o‘z shaharlari haqida yozgan. Qavsdagi sifatni to‘g‘ri shaklga qo‘ying; ba’zi joylarda a, the yoki than ham kerak bo‘ladi.
I grew up in Kokand, but now I study in Tashkent. Tashkent is much (23) ___ (busy) than Kokand, and the traffic is (24) ___ (bad) in the morning, between eight and nine. My flat here is (25) ___ (small) than our house in Kokand, but it is (26) ___ (close) to my university. And the food? Nothing is (27) ___ (delicious) than my mother’s cooking.
