Aeroportda inglizcha dialog: check-in’dan samolyotgacha 6 sahna

Aeroportdagi 6 ta to‘liq inglizcha dialog: check-in, bagaj vazni, security, pasport nazorati, gate o‘zgarishi va boarding. O‘zbekcha izoh va mashq bilan.

Yo‘lovchi aeroportdagi check-in stoykasida xodim bilan inglizcha gaplashmoqda

Aeroportda inglizcha gaplashish uchun uzun gaplar shart emas: xodimlar bir xil savollarni beradi, sizdan esa qisqa va aniq javob kutiladi. Quyida Toshkentdan Istanbul orqali Londonga uchayotgan yo‘lovchining oltita to‘liq dialogi bor. Har biridan keyin muhim iboralar o‘zbekcha izohlangan, oxirida esa javoblari bilan mashq.

Dialoglardagi reys raqamlari, vaqt va vazn cheklovlari misol uchun olingan. Bagaj normasi, suyuqlik va power bank qoidalari aviakompaniya va aeroportga qarab farq qiladi, shuning uchun ularni chiptangiz va aviakompaniya saytidan tekshiring.

1-sahna: check-in stoykasida

Agent: Good morning. Where are you flying to today?

Siz: Good morning. To London, via Istanbul.

Agent: Can I see your passport, please?

Siz: Here you are.

Agent: Thank you. Are you checking any bags today?

Siz: Yes, just one suitcase.

Agent: Could you put it on the belt, please? Did you pack this bag yourself?

Siz: Yes, I did.

Agent: Are there any power banks or spare batteries in it?

Siz: No, my power bank is in my backpack.

Agent: Good, it needs to stay in your hand luggage. Would you like a window or an aisle seat?

Siz: An aisle seat, please.

Agent: Your bag is checked all the way to London, so you don’t need to collect it in Istanbul. Here are your two boarding passes. Boarding starts at 9:10 from gate 5, and the gate closes twenty minutes before departure.

Siz: Sorry, could you say the boarding time again?

Agent: Ten past nine.

Siz: Thank you.

Izohlar:

  • Check a bag — chamadonni bagajga topshirish. Rus tilidagi “регистрация” inglizchada registration emas, check-in.
  • Aisle seat — yo‘lak tomondagi o‘rindiq. Aisle so‘zida “s” o‘qilmaydi: /aɪl/, xuddi I’ll kabi. Ko‘pchilik bu so‘zni eshitib, tushunmay qoladi.
  • Checked all the way to London / checked through — bagaj oxirgi manzilgacha ketadi, tranzitda olmaysiz. Buni aniq so‘rab oling: Do I need to collect my bag in Istanbul?
  • Could you say … again? — “Repeat, please” yoki “What?” dan ancha xushmuomala.

2-sahna: bagaj vazni oshib ketdi

Agent: I’m afraid your suitcase is 26 kilos. Your allowance is 23.

Siz: Oh. How much is the excess baggage fee?

Agent: It depends on the weight. For three kilos it would be quite expensive. You could move a few things into your hand luggage instead.

Siz: OK, I’ll take some things out. Can I do it here?

Agent: Please step to the side so I can help the next passenger, then come straight back to me.

Siz: Sure. (…) It’s 22.5 now.

Agent: Perfect. And is that your only carry-on bag?

Siz: Yes, this backpack.

Agent: That’s fine. Here’s your baggage receipt. Please keep it until you collect your bag.

Izohlar:

  • Allowance — ruxsat etilgan norma (bagaj uchun kilogramm yoki dona soni).
  • Excess baggage fee — ortiqcha bagaj uchun to‘lov. Narxni internetdagi mish-mishdan emas, aviakompaniyadan biling.
  • Step to the side — navbatdan chetga chiqib turing. Bu buyruq emas, odatiy iltimos.
  • Baggage receipt / bag tag — bagaj kvitansiyasi. Bagaj yo‘qolsa aynan shu raqam kerak bo‘ladi; bu holat uchun alohida bagaj yo‘qolganda gapiriladigan dialog bor.

O‘zbek yo‘lovchilari ko‘pincha sovg‘a uchun non, quruq meva yoki asal olib ketadi. Chamadon og‘ir bo‘lsa, xodim bilan bahslashishdan oldin Can I move some things into my hand luggage? deb so‘rang.

3-sahna: security, ya’ni xavfsizlik nazorati

Officer: Put your bag in the tray, please. Do you have a laptop or a tablet?

Siz: Yes, a laptop.

Officer: Take it out and put it in a separate tray. Any liquids?

Siz: Just a bottle of water.

Officer: You’ll need to finish it or throw it away. Belt and jacket off, please. Anything in your pockets?

Siz: My phone and some coins.

Officer: Put them in the tray. OK, walk through, please. Arms up… Thank you. Is this your backpack?

Siz: Yes, it is. Is there a problem?

Officer: I need to search it. There’s a jar in here.

Siz: Oh, it’s honey. It’s a present for a friend.

Officer: Sorry, it’s over the liquid limit. It can’t go in your hand luggage.

Siz: I understand. Can I put it in my checked bag?

Officer: Your checked bag has already gone, I’m afraid. You can leave it here.

Izohlar:

  • Tray — lenta ustidagi plastik quti.
  • Belt and jacket off — kamar va kurtkani yeching. Qisqa buyruqlar shunday gapiriladi, qo‘pollik emas.
  • Arms up — qo‘llarni ko‘taring (skaner yoki qo‘l bilan tekshiruv).
  • Search your bag — sumkani ochib tekshirish. Is there a problem? deb xotirjam so‘rash mumkin.
  • Liquid limit — suyuqlik cheklovi. Asal, qatiq, pasta va krem ham ko‘p aeroportlarda suyuqlik hisoblanadi. Aniq hajmni uchish oldidan tekshiring.

4-sahna: pasport nazorati (border control)

Londonga yetib keldingiz. Border officer kabinada.

Officer: Good afternoon. Passport, please.

Siz: Good afternoon. Here you are.

Officer: What’s the purpose of your visit?

Siz: Tourism. I’m here for a week.

Officer: Where are you staying?

Siz: At a hotel near King’s Cross. I have the booking on my phone.

Officer: Have you been to the UK before?

Siz: No, this is my first time.

Officer: What do you do in Uzbekistan?

Siz: I’m a software developer at an IT company in Tashkent.

Officer: Are you travelling alone?

Siz: Yes, I am.

Officer: When are you going back?

Siz: On the fourteenth. I have a return ticket.

Officer: OK. Enjoy your stay.

Siz: Thank you.

Izohlar:

  • Purpose of your visit — tashrif maqsadi. Qisqa javob yetadi: Tourism. / Business. / I’m visiting my brother. / I’m attending a conference.
  • Where are you staying? — hozirgi davomli zamon kelajak rejasi uchun ishlatilgan. Javob: At a hotel… yoki With my cousin in Manchester.
  • Have you been to … before? — oldin kelganmisiz? No, this is my first time yoki Yes, I came in 2024.
  • Return ticket — qaytish chiptasi. Back ticket deyilmaydi.

Bu yerda uzun hikoya kerak emas. Savolga birinchi jumlada javob bering, hujjatni so‘ralganda ko‘rsating. Viza va kirish qoidalari davlatga qarab farq qiladi, ularni faqat elchixona yoki davlatning rasmiy saytidan tekshiring.

5-sahna: tranzitda gate o‘zgardi, reys kechikdi

Istanbul aeroportida e’lon eshitildi:

Attention, please. Passengers on flight BM 214 to London: the departure gate has changed. This flight will now depart from gate B12. We apologise for the delay.

Siz: Excuse me. I’m on the flight to London. The screen says gate B12, but my boarding pass says A3. Which one is correct?

Staff: The screen is correct. The gate changed about an hour ago.

Siz: How long does it take to get there?

Staff: About fifteen minutes on foot. Follow the signs for B gates and go down the escalator.

Siz: And is the flight delayed?

Staff: Yes, the new departure time is 14:40. Boarding will start around 14:00.

Siz: So I still have time for a coffee?

Staff: Yes, but keep checking the screens in case it changes again.

Izohlar:

  • Departure gate has changed — chiqish darvozasi o‘zgardi. Boarding pass’dagi gate eskirishi mumkin; ekran va e’lon yangiroq ma’lumot beradi.
  • Delayed — kechikdi, cancelled — bekor qilindi, on time — o‘z vaqtida. Ekrandagi Go to gate, Boarding, Gate closed so‘zlarini ham taniy oling.
  • Follow the signs for… — … belgilari bo‘yicha boring.

6-sahna: boarding

This is the final call for passenger Aziz Karimov travelling to London. Please make your way to gate B12 immediately.

Staff: Boarding pass and passport, please.

Siz: Here you go.

Staff: Thank you. Your backpack looks quite big. Could you put it in the sizer, please?

Siz: It fits, look.

Staff: Great. You’re in 23C. Have a nice flight.

Samolyot ichida:

Siz: Excuse me, I think you’re in my seat. I’m in 23C.

Yo‘lovchi: Oh, sorry, I’m 24C. My mistake.

Flight attendant: Could you put your bag in the overhead locker, please? Or under the seat in front of you.

Siz: Sure. Could I have some water after take-off?

Flight attendant: Of course.

Izohlar:

  • Boarding — samolyotga chiqish. Rus tilidagi “посадка” ham chiqishni, ham qo‘nishni bildiradi, inglizchada esa ular alohida: samolyotga chiqish boarding, qo‘nish landing, havoga ko‘tarilish take-off.
  • Final call — oxirgi chaqiriq. Ismingizni eshitsangiz, yuguring.
  • Sizer — qo‘l yuki o‘lchamini tekshiradigan metall ramka.
  • Overhead locker — o‘rindiq ustidagi javon.

“Aisle”ni tushunmaslikHarf bo‘yicha o‘qish/aɪl/, “s” o‘qilmaydi

Yana bir odat: tushunmay qolganda jim turish yoki “yes” deb qo‘yish. Security yoki border control’da noto‘g‘ri “yes” muammo keltiradi. Sorry, I didn’t catch that. Could you say it again? deb qayta so‘rang, bu mutlaqo normal.

Mashq: bo‘sh joylarni to‘ldiring

Har bir bo‘sh joyga bitta so‘z yozing. Avval dialoglarga qaramay bajaring.

  1. Would you like a window or an ______ seat?
  2. Did you pack this bag ______?
  3. I’m afraid your bag is three kilos over the ______.
  4. Please take your laptop out and put it in a separate ______.
  5. What’s the ______ of your visit?
  6. I’m ______ at a hotel near the city centre.
  7. The departure ______ has changed to B12.
  8. Our flight is ______ by forty minutes.
  9. This is the final ______ for passenger Karimov.
  10. Please put your bag in the ______ locker.

Javoblar: 1 — aisle; 2 — yourself; 3 — allowance (yoki limit); 4 — tray; 5 — purpose; 6 — staying; 7 — gate; 8 — delayed; 9 — call; 10 — overhead.

8–10 ta to‘g‘ri bo‘lsa, dialoglarni ovoz chiqarib rol bo‘yicha o‘ynashga o‘ting. 7 tadan kam bo‘lsa, xato qilgan so‘zlaringiz bor sahnani yana bir marta o‘qing.

Dialogni qanday mashq qilish kerak

  1. Bitta sahnani tanlang va “Siz” qatorlarini ovoz chiqarib o‘qing. Telefoningizga yozib oling.
  2. Sherigingiz xodim rolini o‘ynasin, lekin bitta detalni o‘zgartirsin: boshqa gate, boshqa vazn, boshqa savol.
  3. Sherik bo‘lmasa, xodim qatorlarini yozib oling va ular orasida javob uchun pauza qoldiring.
  4. Ikkinchi urinishda matnga qaramang. Maqsad yodlash emas, kutilmagan savolga ham javob bera olish.

Aeroportdan keyin taksi, mehmonxona va kafe keladi. Ular uchun sayohat uchun 60 ta inglizcha ibora va restoran va mehmonxonadagi dialoglar sahifalaridan foydalaning. Lug‘atni kengaytirish uchun safar lug‘ati ham foydali.

BandMate bilan rol o‘ynash

BandMate ilovasida Bandi bilan ovozli suhbatda check-in yoki border control rolini o‘ynab ko‘rishingiz mumkin: Bandi xodim bo‘lib savol beradi, siz javob berasiz. Ilova talaffuz bo‘yicha fikr beradi va darslarda sayohat mavzusidagi iboralarni takrorlatadi. Bu haqiqiy aeroportdagi shovqin va shoshilinchni to‘liq bermaydi, lekin savolni eshitib darhol javob berishga o‘rgatadi.
