Transport haqidagi Part 1 savollarida examiner qanday qatnashingiz, qaysi transportni afzal ko‘rishingiz va shahringizda transport qanday ekanini so‘raydi. Kuchli javob “Metro is fast” bilan tugamaydi: qaysi yo‘nalishda, qancha vaqt ketishi va sizga nimasi qulay yoki noqulayligini bir-ikki gapda ayting.
Bu sahifada 13 ta mashq savoli, taxminan band 7 darajasiga mo‘ljallangan beshta namuna javob, by / on / in predloglari bo‘yicha qisqa qoida va javob kaliti bilan mashq bor. Savollar mashq uchun yozilgan, rasmiy test savollari emas.

Part 1 taxminan 4–5 daqiqa davom etadi va mavzular almashib turadi (rasmiy format). Shuning uchun transportga 20–30 soniyalik javoblar yetarli; bitta savolga bir daqiqa gapirish shart emas.
Beshta namuna javob
How do you usually get to work or university?
“I take the metro most days. My flat is about ten minutes’ walk from the nearest station, and from there it’s a straight ride to the stop next to my university, so I don’t have to change lines. It takes around thirty-five minutes door to door, which isn’t bad for Tashkent.”
Til izohi: take the metro, change lines (liniya almashtirmoq), door to door (uydan manzilgacha) transport uchun tayyor birikmalar. Ten minutes’ walk dagi apostrofga e’tibor bering: “o‘n daqiqalik piyoda yo‘l”.
Do you ever get stuck in traffic?
“All the time if I go by taxi in the evening. Around six o’clock the main roads get really congested, and a fifteen-minute journey can easily turn into forty minutes. That’s one of the reasons I try to avoid driving during rush hour.”
Til izohi: “probka” inglizchada traffic jam yoki congestion. Get stuck in traffic tirbandlikda qolmoq. Rush hour “tig‘iz vaqt”. Can easily turn into bilan raqamlar javobni jonli qiladi.
What do you think of the public transport in your city?
“On the whole, I think it’s pretty good. The metro is cheap and the stations are clean, and a lot of buses now show their route on an app, so you know when the next one is coming. The weak point is the outskirts. If you live far from the centre, you often have to rely on minibuses, which can be crowded and don’t follow a fixed timetable.”
Til izohi: on the whole umumiy baho beradi, keyin the weak point is… bilan cheklov keladi. Bu “hammasi zo‘r” degan bir tomonlama javobdan yetukroq eshitiladi. “Marshrutka” uchun minibus deng. Outskirts shahar chekkasi.
Did you ride a bike when you were a child?
“Yes, constantly. I grew up in a mahalla in Namangan where the streets were quiet, so my friends and I used to ride around until it got dark. I haven’t cycled much since moving to Tashkent, mainly because I don’t feel safe on the busy roads.”
Til izohi: used to ride bolalikdagi takroriy odat. Until it got dark aniq tasvir beradi. Keyin haven’t cycled much since… orqali hozirgi holatga o‘tish: bir javobda uch xil zamon, lekin hammasi mazmun talab qilgani uchun. Mahalla so‘zini ishlatish mumkin, xohlasangiz qisqa izoh qo‘shing: a neighbourhood.
What kind of transport would you like to try in the future?
“I’ve never been on the high-speed train to Samarkand, and I’d love to try it. My friends say it’s far more comfortable than going by car, and you arrive fresh instead of exhausted. I’m hoping to do it next spring, when the weather is nicer for sightseeing.”
Til izohi: I’ve never been on… tajriba haqida present perfect. Far more comfortable than taqqoslashni kuchaytiradi. Arrive fresh instead of exhausted qisqa, lekin aniq qarama-qarshilik. Poyezdning aniq vaqti yoki narxini bilmasangiz, aytmang: Part 1da faktdan ko‘ra shaxsiy fikr muhim.
By, on, in: o‘zbek o‘quvchilar ko‘p adashadigan joy
O‘zbek tilida “avtobusda”, “taksida”, “piyoda” deb bir xil qo‘shimcha bilan aytamiz. Ingliz tilida esa predlog vaziyatga qarab o‘zgaradi.
| Vaziyat | To‘g‘ri shakl | Xato variant |
|---|---|---|
| Transport turi umumiy | I go to work by bus / by metro / by car. | I go with bus. |
| Piyoda | I go on foot. / I walk. | I go by foot. |
| Katta transport ichida | I read on the bus / on the train. | I read in the bus. |
| Kichik transport ichida | I was in a taxi / in my dad’s car. | I was on a taxi. |
| Chiqish va tushish (katta) | get on / get off the bus | sit to the bus |
| Chiqish va tushish (kichik) | get into / get out of a taxi | go down from the taxi |
Yana uchta tez-tez uchraydigan xato:
- “Transports in my city are cheap.” Umumiy ma’noda transport sanalmaydi: Public transport in my city is cheap.
- “I go to university with my car.” By car yoki I drive to university. By my car ham noto‘g‘ri: by dan keyin my qo‘yilmaydi.
- “The bus was very full of people.” Tabiiyroq: The bus was packed yoki really crowded.
Talaffuzda vehicle so‘zidagi h odatda eshitilmaydi (VEE-uh-kl), route esa ko‘pincha “ruut” deb aytiladi. Van va one, vest va west farqi transport va yo‘nalish mavzusida tez-tez kerak bo‘ladi. W va V farqini alohida inglizcha W va V talaffuzi sahifasida mashq qiling.
Mashq: bo‘sh joyni to‘ldiring
Har bir bo‘sh joyga bitta so‘z qo‘ying: by, on, in, off, into, stuck, rush.
- I usually go to the market ___ foot because it’s very close.
- We got ___ at the wrong station and had to walk back.
- My phone rang while I was ___ a taxi.
- I try not to travel during ___ hour.
- Last week we were ___ in traffic for almost an hour.
- It’s much cheaper to travel ___ metro than by taxi.
- She got ___ the car and fastened her seatbelt.
Javoblar:
- 1 — on. On foot qat’iy birikma.
- 2 — off. Metro va avtobusdan get off.
- 3 — in. Taksi kichik transport: in a taxi.
- 4 — rush. Rush hour.
- 5 — stuck. Stuck in traffic.
- 6 — by. Transport turi umumiy aytilganda by metro.
- 7 — into. Mashinaga o‘tirish: get into the car.
7 tadan 6–7 tasi to‘g‘ri bo‘lsa, jadvaldagi qoidani o‘zlashtirgansiz. Xato bo‘lgan har bir gapni o‘z hayotingizdan misol bilan qayta ayting.
Sizning javobingiz: shaxsiy marshrut drill
Bu drill bitta haqiqiy safaringizni to‘rt xil savolga moslashtirishga o‘rgatadi.
- 1 daqiqa. Eng ko‘p qiladigan safaringizni yozing: qayerdan, qayerga, qanday transport, qancha vaqt, bitta muammo. Masalan: “Chilonzor → university, metro + walk, 40 min, crowded at 8”.
- 3 daqiqa. Shu yozuv asosida 1, 3, 5 va 8-savollarga javobni ovoz yozuvchiga ayting. Har javobda kamida bitta raqam yoki joy nomi bo‘lsin.
- 2 daqiqa. Tinglab, by / on / in to‘g‘riligini tekshiring. Xato bo‘lsa, jadvalga qarab tuzating.
- 2 daqiqa. 11 va 12-savollarga o‘tgan zamonda javob bering. Bolalikdagi odat uchun used to ni bir marta ishlating.
Transport safar mavzusi bilan yaqin: aeroport, vokzal va mehmonxona iboralari English travel vocabulary sahifasida bor. Shahringiz haqidagi savollarga tayyorlanish uchun Part 1 hometown savollarini ko‘ring, to‘liq sinov uchun esa uydagi mock testdan foydalaning.
